Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold-pressed, fresh and delicious. This classification depends on the Polyphenols in the oil at the time of crush. Northern Hempisphere oils are harvested in the fall, while Southern Hemisphere oils are harvested in the spring. With strict demands on our growers to crush within two hours of harvest, you know the oil is always fresh. Each bottle contains 200 mL.
